Terms and Conditions of Hire
Welcome to our Terms and Conditions of Hire. Please take the time to read through these carefully prior to making a booking. By hiring our services, you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.
Payment Terms
All journeys must be settled in full at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. This ensures your booking is confirmed and secured. Payments not received within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation without further notice.
Vehicle Policy
The use of our Jaguar XJL is provided on the condition that it is strictly a non-smoking environment. Breach of this policy will result in immediate termination of the hire and may incur additional charges for cleaning and restoring the vehicle to a smoke-free condition.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the unconditional right to refuse service to any passenger deemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who exhibits disruptive or unruly behaviour. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of our drivers and other passengers.
Luggage and Personal Property
All personal property and luggage transported within our vehicles are solely the responsibility of the passengers. We shall not be held liable for the loss of, damage to, or theft of any personal items left unattended or not adequately secured during transit.
Child Passengers
Should your journey include the transportation of children, it is imperative that the lead passenger (as named on the booking form) notifies us of the ages of all children travelling. This information is crucial to arrange suitable child restraint systems, ensuring the safety and compliance with legal requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the journey will not incur any charges. This allows us to manage our schedule and serve other clients efficiently. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the journey’s start, a cancellation fee amounting to up to 50% of the hire charge may be levied. This fee compensates for the potential loss of bookings and operational adjustments.
Punctuality
Our chauffeur will do absolutely everything he can to ensure punctuality, but if delays are caused by circumstances beyond our control we cannot be held responsible.
Alternative Vehicle
We reserve the right to arrange an alternative vehicle should the pre-booked vehicle or driver become unavailable at short notice.
